Mark Tunstill qualified as a solicitor in 1991 with the city law firm Simmons and Simmons, where he worked in their London and Paris offices.

Mark is a very experienced litigator and has dealt with a wide range of commercial, property, partnership, civil and criminal litigation throughout his career. He has experience of acting in most forums, including for example the High Court, magistrates courts, courts of appeal, arbitrations, and tribunals including employment tribunals.  Recent cases on which Mark has worked include; resolving disputes over the occupation of surgery premises; litigation relating to the termination of a GMS contract; disputes about partnership profit shares and costs sharing; and disputes with the PCT over PDS contracts.

Mark has a commercial approach to litigation, and his long experience enables him to strike the right balance between making a robust advancement of his clients position and reaching a pragmatic settlement.

Mark is bilingual in English and French.
