James has over 10 years’ experience as a commercial property and development solicitor in the public sector and has a top tier understanding of public sector funding regimes.
Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, James had a varied career which has given him a unique insight into his clients’ needs and he has a strong focus on client care and communication.
James understands the primary care landscape and advises clients on:
- new leases, plus renewals, assignments, surrenders, variations of leases
- development strategies, agreements, agreements for lease, options, overage and conditional contracts
- surgery ownership including intra-partnership transfers and declarations of trust
refinancing - matters under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
