Mette Clifton

Mette’s clients tell her that she has a ‘patient and no-nonsense approach’ and with over 30 years of experience gained with two large City firms, there is not much that fazes Mette in the work place.

She has extensive expertise in many aspects of commercial real estate work including acquisitions and disposals, land development, secured lending and landlord and tenant transactional work, as well as 1954 Act renewals, disputes and dilapidations.

As a former, long serving committee member of the Association of Women Solicitors (London) and a founder member of Women in Property, Mette promotes diversity and equality.
