Adrian is a commercial lawyer, who has worked extensively within the health sector and on public-private collaborations. He has advised NHS Trusts, hospital-linked charities and GP federations, as well as dentists, pharmacists and GPs on a wide range of matters including partnership issues, partnership deeds, partner retirements and practice mergers.
In the early 2000s, Adrian worked extensively on schemes being developed by NHS Trusts under the Private Finance Initiative, and during this time he was part of the team that developed the legal documentation for NHS Lift and he saw two of the very early LIFT schemes through to legal completion.
