Patricia Stephens has over 20 years experience as a commercial property solicitor, and is a recognised expert in all areas of freehold and leasehold commercial property. After completing her law degree at Cambridge University, she worked for a number of top tier multinational law firms before joining DR Solicitors.
Patricia is known for her professionalism and her strong interpersonal and commercial skills. Clients are always delighted with her ability to focus on the key aspects of a transaction to ‘get the deal done’ whilst ensuring that her client’s interests are best protected.
Patricia’s deep experience includes most aspects of commercial property. She has worked for landlords, tenants, developers and owner occupiers with a wide variety building uses including surgeries, pharmacies, retailers, hotels, underground stations and more. She is therefore very familiar with dealing with highly complex and regulated usage requirements, including in listed and otherwise protected buildings.
Surgery related issues which Patricia has recently been dealing with include; developing template leases for NHS owned surgeries for a number of LMCs to roll out to their members before the transfer to NHSPS; Successfully fighting an attempted eviction from a surgery including advising on an injunction; advising on a number of surgery developments.
In her spare time, Patricia enjoys spending time with her family and exercising her dogs.
