As of today DR Solicitors has joined Dow Schofield Watts, which is a network of entrepreneurial professional services firms owned by DSW Capital plc. DR Solicitors will be the legal business within the network, which will enable us to increase growth and investment in the business and to provide even more tailored services to our clients.
This is a game-changing combination which will provide us with the scale, geographic reach, and capabilities to continue building on our position as the leading law firm for primary care professionals. Going forward, clients will receive even more service and value from us.
DR Solicitors will be a stand-alone business within Dow Schofield Watts so there is not going to be any change to the day-to-day running of the firm. Everything will continue exactly as it has been before, including the same brilliant team of solicitors, management and support staff. Our clients will not notice any change in the service we provide, and do not need to do anything as a result of the change.
We are however excited by this transaction because it opens up future opportunities for us to provide clients with a wider suite of tailored professional services. In addition, our staff will benefit from being part of a larger group.
