Lillian Caller has over 15 years’ experience advising on complex employment matters. Having gained a deep understanding of the NHS regulations and relevant governance, Lillian understands the diverse challenges faced by our primary care clients.
As well as advising on a full range of legal issues including TUPE, bullying & harassment claims, unfair and wrongful dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing, Lillian also provides support to GP Practices on HR matters including disciplinary investigations, staff grievances, handbooks and policies.
