The opportunity

We are looking for a graduate sales executive to join our fast-growing national specialist legal practice at a transformational moment for the business. DR Solicitors is an award-winning firm that specialises in representing primary care professionals nationwide, providing business, commercial, regulatory, and property advice.

DR Solicitors was recently acquired by a well-established, listed business advisory group and owner of the Dow Schofield Watts brand, DSW Capital plc, which has created significant growth opportunities in new areas, building on the reputation of both brands and enabling us to enhance and expand our existing service offering.

About the role

To drive revenue growth by developing and securing new business opportunities for the firm’s legal services. The Sales Executive will work closely with the Directors to promote the firm’s services, convert new opportunities generated through the brand and existing database,

Reporting directly to the Directors, you will manage all aspects of the new business funnel, including:

· identifying, building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients

· assistance with coordinating referrers and key client relationships

· identifying and qualifying leads from both new and existing clients

· understanding the client’s needs and preparing budgets and proposals

· following up and closing sales opportunities

· coordinating key PR and marketing events with senior stakeholders

Skills and attributes

Essential

· Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with professional presence.

· Confident, proactive, and comfortable engaging prospects by phone, email, and in person.

· Commercially aware and motivated by delivering results.

· Highly organised with good attention to detail.

· Ability to learn quickly and handle a varied workload.

· Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems (training provided).

Desirable

· Interest in the healthcare sector or professional services.

· Experience in customer-facing, sales, or client service environments (part-time/university roles welcome).

· Understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, or business development techniques.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Law, or Marketing advantageous).

· Full right to work in the UK.
